CONXUS Pty Ltd and their affiliates, officers, directors, Managers, employees, representatives and agents WILL make every reasonable effort to remove any person who is being rude or disruptive, aggressive or similar to other attendees at a CONXUS event; however please note they cannot be held accountable or responsible for the actions of others. 

You agree to exempt, waive and relieve releases from liability for personal injury, property damage, stalking or similar. This agreement “Releases” CONXUS Pty Ltd and their affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, representatives, agents and volunteers, and their successors-in-interest, if any. You agree to hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant NOT TO SUE the releases from all liability to Mimma and Frank, CONXUS Pty Ltd, our personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property, stalking or similar, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise while or after attending a CONXUS event.
