Dr Roslyn Smart is a registered psychologist specialising in Counselling and Organisational Psychology. Roslyn maintains a private practice of counselling clients combined with workshop and seminar presentations, consultancy, lecturing and supervision commitments.
Prior to moving into full time private practice Roslyn spent 12 years in academia. During her academic career Roslyn was a lecturer at both Griffith University and University of Queensland where she published several International, refereed, journal articles and presented several conference research papers. Roslyn continues to teach in the Higher Education arena delivering a wide variety of subjects in the disciplines of counselling and management. Roslyn’s counselling clients have included anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, workplace conflict, workplace bullying, stress and trauma. Roslyn’s consultancy work has focused on promoting healthy workplaces by providing effective solutions to human resource and organisational issues. In addition, Roslyn provides education and training programs within a broad human resources framework specialising in Psychological Injury Management.
