Toni Smart is a personal and professional coach obtaining her training through the International Coach Academy.  She is a life member of Coachville.  

Toni maintains a private practice of coaching clients combined with workshop and seminar presentations. Toni is an accredited Archetype Consultant. This accreditation was obtained from the Caroline Myss Institute.    

Toni is also a qualified and registered secondary school teacher. Her teaching subjects include mathematics and economics. She taught for eight years in various government and independent schools in Queensland.   While teaching full time, Toni completed a Bachelor of Educational Studies and Bachelor of Commerce.  Toni has worked for last ten years in several accounting firms and for the government in the area of taxation. She is a Certified Practising Accountant.   Toni’s interests have always been in the field of personal growth and development and a desire to create for herself a happy and successful life.

Dr Roslyn Smart is a registered psychologist specialising in Counselling and Organisational Psychology. Roslyn maintains a private practice of counselling clients combined with workshop and seminar presentations, consultancy, lecturing and supervision commitments.

Prior to moving into full time private practice Roslyn spent 12 years in academia. During her academic career Roslyn was a lecturer at both Griffith University and University of Queensland where she published several International, refereed, journal articles and presented several conference research papers. Roslyn continues to teach in the Higher Education arena delivering a wide variety of subjects in the disciplines of counselling and management.  Roslyn’s counselling clients have included anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, workplace conflict, workplace bullying, stress and trauma.  Roslyn’s consultancy work has focused on promoting healthy workplaces by providing effective solutions to human resource and organisational issues. In addition, Roslyn provides education and training programs within a broad human resources framework specialising in Psychological Injury Management.
